Shipping/Refund Policies

Shipping is the time it takes an item to arrive to the destination once shipped.

Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping.

For premade items, please allow 3 business days for processing/shipping.

For custom orders, please allow 7 business days for processing/shipping.

All items are shipped priority mail by USPS.

You will receive a tracking number once items ship. Once an item is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, Lady Jewels is no longer responsible.

If you believe you have received the wrong item or there is damage caused by our company, you have 72 hrs from delivery to contact us. Always inspect your items carefully, and you must provide proof of the damage via pictures or videos.

Lady Jewels is not responsible for damage as a result during transport/shipping. Contact USPS.

Lady Jewels is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that were damaged during transport/delivery.

Lady Jewels is not responsible under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "DELIVERED" by USPS. If any of these things happen to you, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777. LADY JEWELS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES ONCE DROPPED OFF TO USPS.
